Nishant Mouldings was founded in 2001 by the Bafna family who saw a gap in South India's growing beverage industry — reliable, high-quality PET preforms manufactured locally rather than imported.

Starting with two injection moulding machines in Sunkadakatte, Bangalore, the Bafna family built Nishant Mouldings with a single-minded focus on dimensional consistency and on-time delivery.

Today, Nishant Mouldings operates 7 plants across 4 states, supplies to India's top FMCG companies, and exports to 20+ countries.

Incorporated as a Private Limited Company

Founded in Bangalore — beginning the journey in precision PET packaging.

PET Bottling Plant — Bangalore

First full-scale manufacturing plant established and commissioned.

Automated Machinery Expansion

Backward Integration — Preforms Plant

Husky Injection Moulding — 18,000 MT

State-of-the-art Husky machines installed, capacity reaches 18,000 MT/Annum.

Green Field Project — Silvassa

New Silvassa facility expands total capacity to 25,000 MT / Annum.

Plant 2 at Dadra commissioned, total capacity hits 36,000 MT / Annum.

New state-of-the-art plant commissioned in Dabaspete, expanding total manufacturing capacity to 45,000 metric tons per annum.
