How It Works

Injection Moulding is Nishant's highest-volume process — the backbone of PET preform production. Molten PET resin is injected at high pressure into precision hardened steel moulds where it cools and solidifies with exceptional repeatability. Nishant operates Husky HyPET injection moulding systems in 32 and 48 cavity configurations, delivering the industry's lowest AA levels and precise wall thickness across millions of preforms per month.

How It Works

Injection Stretch Blow Moulding (ISBM) is a two-stage process where a preform is injection moulded, reheated, then simultaneously stretched axially and blown radially into the final bottle shape. This biaxial orientation delivers exceptional clarity, strength and gas-barrier properties. Nishant uses ISBM for premium PET bottles requiring superior optical and mechanical performance.

How It Works

Blow Moulding at Nishant covers a wide range of bottle and container shapes — from small pharma vials to large 20-litre water containers. A preform or parison is inflated inside a mould cavity using pressurised air, taking the precise shape of the mould. This process delivers excellent dimensional consistency across a broad volume range, serving food, oil and pharma applications with food-grade compliant materials.

How It Works

Continuous Compression Moulding (CCM) is a high-speed cap production process where molten plastic doses are continuously fed into rotating compression moulds on a carousel. Unlike injection moulding, there is no gate or runner, resulting in zero material waste, perfectly uniform wall thickness and no internal stress — delivering the world's finest caps and closures at extremely high output rates. Nishant operates SACMI CCM systems producing 2,000 caps per minute.
